As most of us are housebound at this time, it seems especially appropriate to make our bedrooms feel like retreats. They should be sanctuaries where worries are unwelcome and the busyness of your day is left at the door. Beds shouldn't be used for working, overthinking or stressing. Instead, they should be spaces for decompressing, unwinding and escaping.
